Plitnick is amazing! We’ve used them to replace a water heater, as well as a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Both times, we had same day service and the work was done really well. I highly recommend them especially Sal who just recently fixed our kitchen sink pipe!

ConEd shut our gas off because of a small leak. I got four quotes from licensed plumbers with the certifications necessary to do gas work for ConEd. Joe Plitnick was very knowledgeable and thorough, and his quote was the most competitive. He was able to send someone to start working quickly and explained why we would need to do more than just fix the leak to get ConEd’s sogn-off. The two plumbers on Joe’s team who worked at our house were both very professional and personable. After the work was completed, they arranged for the village inspector to sign off on their work without delay, and promptly forwarded the paperwork on to ConEd for review and processing. They must have some magical staff at Plitnick, because even though we’d been warned that ConEd can take a long time to respond, they managed to get ConEd to approve the request in one day. So we are now just waiting for the final inspection to be scheduled and our gas will be back on. We are delighted.
